Alameda

Home to Fernhill, Wilshire and Grant parks, Alameda is a beautiful northeast neighborhood with quiet, tree-lined streets.  Homes located on the Alameda ridge have stunning views of Portland and the west hills framing the city.

This historical neighborhood boasts architecturally significant English, Queen Anne and bungalow style homes.

Dunthorpe

A short distance south of downtown Portland and directly west of the Williamette river is home to Dunthorpe.  Dunthorpe properties are typically private, exquisite and sprawling.  It is an exceptional and exclusive community and home to it’s own school district; Riverdale school district, rated exceptional by the Oregon Department of Education.  Beautiful properties with tree lined streets and a strong sense of community define Dunthorpe.

Eastmoreland

Mature, tree lined streets pave the way to what is Eastmoreland.  Sprawing homes set back from the street with expansive lawns and beautiful gardens define Eastmoreland.  Eastmoreland is home to Reed College, Crystal Spring Rhododendron Garden, Eastmoreland Golf Course and Berkeley Park.  The majority of the homes were built in the 1920’s and 1930’s and feature Tudor, Colonial and English Cottage architectural styles.

Irvington

Irvington was recently added to the National Register of Historic Places as an Historical District and is the largest Historical District in the state of Oregon.

Irvington features expansive homes of architecturally significant styles including Arts and Crafts, Colonial Revival, Prarie, Bungalow and Craftsman.  Irvington is home to the Irvington Club, Irvington Park and the Irvington Home Tour which takes place on the third Sunday of May.

Lake Oswego

Lake Oswego is not your typical bedroom community.  The city by the lake is a short 8 miles from downtown Portland and boasts plentiful recreation with the lake, Williamette River, golf courses and walking trails.  Lake Oswego is also home to award winning schools, Tryon Creek State Park and the Lakewood Theatre Company.
