Having moved to Portland in 1995, I know what it is like to live and thrive here, embracing the culture of Portland. I have had the opportunity to represent clients in purchasing and selling homes in Portland’s finest neighborhoods. Interested in west side neighborhoods such as the Pearl District, West Hills, Lake Oswego and Dunthorpe? Close knit west side neighborhoods share their own distinctions and focus on community. Interested in living on the east side of the Williamette? With distinguishable and robust walking neighborhoods, homeowners in Eastmoreland, Irvington, Alameda and Laurelhurst enjoy close in living with distinct and unique home styles. Specializing in Portland’s great neighborhoods on both sides of the Williamette, I look forward to helping you buy or sell your home.
Your real estate needs will be enhanced by my background in Interior Design and home renovation projects. I bring the added value of Staging and Space Planning to thoughtfully prepare a home for market. My complimentary Staging has proven truly valuable for clients—less days on the market with less to pack in the end!
Additionally I have comprehensive knowledge of marketing, sales, merchandising and customer service having owned specialty retail stores for years. In all, the expertise I bring to the real estate field will ensure your transactions will be handled with innovative marketing and with the utmost care. Additonal designations include: Certified Negotiation Expert, Relocation Specialist and Home Staging Expert.
I chose Windermere because their commitment to the community matched my personal beliefs. The Windermere Foundation donates a portion of each transaction towards supporting local non-profits in reaching their goals. I am serving on the Windermere Foundation Board which is responsible for allocating funds for Portland area non-profits which fit our profile. 2015 totals were $350,000.
I have been honored to be involved with Children’s Cancer Association, Portland Rescue Mission, Rose Haven, Special Olympics and other local philanthropies through National Charity League. ‘NCL” is a mother-daughter philanthropic organization which focuses on hands-on opportunities throughout the Portland area. I served as President and had several District and Nationally appointed positions. Additionally I am a member of the Portland Chapter of 100 Women Who Care.
