The Sellwood and Westmoreland Neighborhoods are located 5 miles south from downtown Portland and the area is easily accessible by car, bike and the new Orange Max line which crosses the Williamette via the Tillicum Crossing. The community features, parks, shopping , restaurants, coffee shops, movie theater, library with access to public transportation and the walking/biking Springwater Corridor Trail. A Farmer's Market is an easy stroll during the months of May-October.
